Due to the nature of our products, we can not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selection, or general wear and tear.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within a reasonable timeframe at admin@luxeandlove.co.nz with:

A description of the issue
Clear photographs of the item

Under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, customers are entitled to remedies for products that are faulty or not of acceptable quality.

Where required under New Zealand consumer law, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Custom & Personalised Jewellery

Custom-made, engraved, resized, altered, or personalised items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless faulty.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance, and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty as required by law.

Return Process

To request an assessment of a faulty item, please email admin@luxeandlove.co.nz before sending any products back.

If approved, return instructions will be provided.

We recommend using tracked shipping, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item has been received and assessed.
